Ideal for clients who value precision, healthy natural nails, and impeccable detail. Steam Treatment A luxurious hydration ritual for your hands. Our Steam Treatment is designed to deeply soften, hydrate, and rejuvenate the hands and cuticles. Warm therapeutic steam opens the skin to enhance the absorption of nourishing products, followed by gentle exfoliation, intensive moisturizing, a warm towel wrap, and a relaxing hand massage. This restorative treatment leaves your hands feeling silky smooth, refreshed, and visibly healthier while adding an indulgent touch to your manicure experience.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY AND PROCEDURES ***IF THIS POLICY IS NOT READ. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CHECKING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BOX MEANS THIS POLICY WAS READ, AND THERE WILL BE NO MISHAPS REGARDING YOUR APPOINTMENT*** 1. Booking is the 48 hours advance only. Same day appointments and walk-ins are not available. Please book and add on any services you’d like when booking. Extra services can not be added during your appointment due to time constraints. Retainers hold your appointment, they are $28 Deposits are applied to your service. There is no cancellation list. Operating days are 6 days per week, please book in a timely fashionable manner. Last minute openings if any is an additional $25 2. New clients are required to get a new set. This is a safety precaution due to all products may not work well with others and can cause allergic reactions. Please have your set removed prior to your appointment. All products do no soak off the same and can cause timing constraints for your appointment and can hinder the next client appointment. PLEASE DO NOT PRY OR BITE YOUR NAILS OFF!!!! Please soak or have them soaked off in acetone. They are not to be drilled or filed off. Soak until completely off. If your nails are paper thin before service, this is a liability, and service will be refused. Please READ the descriptions for services you want rendered and add on any extras such as bling and nail art in the add on menus. Services that are not booked for WILL NOT be rendered. 3. Please arrive on time, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are going to be late text 917.858.0494. Anything past 10 minutes can result in cancellation and forfeiture of your retainer with no text prior to arriving. 4. Cancellations/ Reschedules must be done within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. No call/no show automatic retainer forfeiture. 5. Extra individuals or children are not allowed to come to your appointment. The studio space is small and can not accommodate extra person(s). Please make arrangements if your getting dropped off. Space is limited to clients only. If you are coming in from out of town. Please make drop off and pick up arrangements. 6. Please do not arrive sick. If you do notice that you are coming down with something prior to your appointment, your deposit will be held and you will be rescheduled with no additional fees.
